For a more precise home valuation, I would meet with you at your home to discuss a more accurate summary of your home’s current value.


When preparing to list a home, I work with homeowners to establish the goals which are most important. Upon evaluating the home condition and market data, we then determine an optimal price, and a marketing strategy with a projected timeline. Once listed, I am in constant connection with homeowners to provide showing feedback, relay and review offers, and to discuss negotiations.

How we position your home in the marketplace impacts the offers we receive. There are many components of an offer to consider beyond the price – when countering we can be creative to achieve a more ideal offer and still be within legal bounds. As we receive offers, I walk you through counter options, and I negotiate with your primary goals top of mind. Through careful communication, persuasion, planning, strategy and cooperation, I push for the most meaningful result to you. Once an offer is accepted and the closing process begins, there is still potential to negotiate contract terms due to remedy requests or should breach occur on behalf of the buyer. My objective in negotiations is to ensure seller’s are protected and potential disputes and delays are resolved promptly.
