See current market statistics for a specific area. Stats may include valuable information such as average listing price, price reductions, new listings, etc. Instantly view the current report and subscribe to receive monthly updates to stay current on market changes.

Next, I’ll set you up with an automatic search email with the MLS. As you see homes that pique your interest, I’ll arrange showings.

Making a winning offer today requires strategy. We’ll define your limits, and clarify the value of the home to you.

We’ll  establish:

  • Proposed value

  • Your responsibilities if accepted


Offer accepted! Now you have several timely action items to address and I’m here to help coordinate and advise.

Action items:

  • Submit mortgage application
  • Order home inspection
  • Negotiate remedy terms (where applicable)
  • Send earnest money deposit to title company
  • Appraisal considerations and negotiations (where applicable)


Appraisal is at or above purchase price, and we’re “clear to close!” I’ll review documents and final home conditions with you to ensure you’re getting what you asked for.

  • Transfer necessary funds
